I enjoy working with buyers and sellers for all their real estate needs. I work with first time home buyers as well as seasoned buyers, sellers and investors in all price ranges. Every one deserves to have their own home and be given every courtesy of a good agent.

I am a transplanted Colorado Native and have lived in NM for 33 years, actively selling Real Estate for 31 years.  I am currently on the Board of Directors for the Hubbell House Alliance, President of the far South Valley Homeowners Association, a member of the NM Horse Breeders Association, the NM Horsemens Association, a member of National Realtor Association and a member of the Greater Albuquerque Area of Realtors.

New Mexico is truly the "LAND OF ENCHANTMENT" and the "Day of Manana (MON YON AH" phonic spelling).  New Mexico has valleys, forests, mountains, lakes, streams and deserts. 

In my other life before my half days (12 hours+) in Real Estate, I used to train race horses professionally. I still dabble in the sport but mostly as a cheer leader for my two sons who have been quite successful. I have also held the positions of Horseman's Bookkeeper, Director of Publications, ran excel spreadsheets for the NM Horseman's Association pari-mutual handles and passed the tests to be an accredited horse racing steward.

Before that as a youth, mid-life and now, I enjoy trail riding. I used to ride in Little Britches Rodeo, High School Rodeo, 4-H Rodeo, Omoksee's (sp) gymkhana's and jackpot rodeo's. I have also tried Polo Cross and Team Penning.

I enjoy wide open spaces and having a few acres of my own. My immediate family, 16-year old Grandson and his twin brothers age 5 are my pride & joy in life and I truly enjoy them.  I also have a Grand Angel in Heaven.   Such a shame one doesn't get to enjoy their own children in the manner with which one enjoys Grandchildren.
